NUTRITIONAL COMPOSITION OF SUPER NUTRIFORT
INGREDIENTS:
Corn (wheat or rice) flour: 70 to 80% + soya flour: 20 to 30%. The corn and soya are cleaned, peeled, crushed and precooked by cooking-extrusion. Then, a premix of vitamins+ mineral salts + iodized salt is added.
The premix is manufactured by BASF in Denmark .
Energetic value: 400kcal/100g.

- B12 Vitamin : 0.50 mcg
- Vitamin E: 5 UI
- Vitamin D: 3 mcg
- Vitamin C: 40 mg
- B1 Vitamin / Thiamin : 0.50 mg
- B2 Vitamin / Riboflavin : 0.48 mg
- B6 Vitamin / pyridoxin : 0.40 mg
- Pantothenic acid : 1.50 mg
- Folic acid : 55 mcg
- Niacin : 4,60 mg
- Iron ( ferrous sulfate ): 10 mg
- Iodine : 50 mcg
- Calcium (carbonate): 330 mg
- Magnesium : 80 mg
- Zinc (sulfate): 3.50 mg
- Phosphorus : 250 mg
- Sodium : 160 mg
- Potassium : 600 mg
The formula of CSB, also produced by PKL, corresponds to that advised by UNICEF at the WFP. According to the specifications of the requesting organizations, PKL can fortify the flours and semolinas, simple or mixed with formulas of premix vitamins + different mineral salts.
The products have a shelf life of 6 months. |
