PKGRITZ : corn semolina
These are grits (or hulled corn grains) intended exclusively for breweries. The grits is semolina obtained by crushing after the removal of the thin envelop and the germ of the corn grains. This particular process answers to very precise specifications in terms of granulometry and fats content. (The conditioning is done at the request of the customer). Since 2000, PKL is the supplier of grits to SOLIBRA (Castel Group), a leading beer manufacturer in Côte d'Ivoire .
SOJAC : uncooked soya flour
100% made up of soya beans simply crushed after cleaning and removing the thin envelop. The uncooked soya flour is especially used in bakery to improve bread making, in industry or in factory as raw material for the production of soya milk, cheese (tofu) and yoghourt. It also used in pastry making. With its light cream color, this flour has an important enzymatic activity. Customers: manufacturers of bread making improvement material, pork butcheries, special breads.
Average nutritional value: protein 40%, fat content 22% and 24% of carbohydrates. SOJAC is conditioned out of bag of 25 kg and is preserved intact for 3 months.
BONSOJA : Cooked soya flour
Pure cooked soya flour containing roasted soya beans. Of domestic or industrial use, it enters the preparation of diet food, proteins added biscuits, cakes and also to enrich sauces and various traditional meals. With its golden cream color, this flour has an odor and a taste reminding that of roasted groundnut. Customers: manufacturers of soya milk, pastry, bakers, street caterers;
